let's say that a friend of yours named jim is trying to raise money for a specific cause and a local restaurant called doolihans donates some gift certificates to your friend for the cause with the assumption that he will raffle them away randomly to people that donate. the problem for your friend jim is that he lives in a diffy town and needs you to go to doolihans and pick them up for him. when you pick them up you instantly realize that doolihans has probably donated more to jim than he thought they were going to. do you pocket the extra w/ your friend balooga (who also knows about this) or fork all of it over to jim even though he wouldn't know what he was missing and pretty much all the money that is going to be donated has already been donated
