The one good thing about last night
« on: September 04, 2011, 03:25:23 PM »
New train video. Amazing. Willie standing on Anderson Hall with the purple light in the sky gave me chills. Images were great. Train looked amazing in silver. I'm really not sure how no one started a thread about how amazing it was until now.

would have been cool to see the train transform into a flying dragon and have willie take the flying dragon for a ride around MHK and stopping by each of the football player's houses, and the coaches houses, and picking each one of them up and offering them a ride on his back to the game.  then after the game, the flying dragon turns into a giant flying cat and he takes all the players, the coaches, and their wives out to a post-game dinner at, you guessed it, Last Chance.  while everyone is eating their burger at Last Chance, the players and coaches all hug and high five the great win.  after the dinner, the flying cat turns back into the train and drives each player, and the coaches wives all home and then stops at vanier to drop the coaches off there since they still have work to do.  through out the night, the giant flying cat reappears and checks in on the coaches every 30 minutes to see if anyone needs to make a Dara's run, or Pizza Shuttle.   then in the morning, the flying cat turns back into the train and drops the coaches off at their homes so they can enjoy breakfast with their familes.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Does the dragon say anything?

Which places would you put the translucent video clips from the DOD?

I'm sorry, are you rough ridin' kidding me? ...

Hangin' banners!

Also, I hope Coors Brewing Co. gave us a good deal on the re-branding of their train.

I think he pulled it from the video. So it's not real in the sense of a physical banner being hung, but it is real in the sense that we show it on our jumbotron before kickoff.

It does make me sad that none of the clips are even relatively recent.

so what? This is all the history of our program! When i see these things, it gives me chills thinking back to the great days of the lynch mob, Michael Bishop, Darren Sproles, or the 2003 Big 12 championship. Most of the posters on this board call themselves fans, but all they do is bash on the school, team, and coach. When you see these things, you should be proud of what we were able to accomplish, and what they will accomplish.
