Guys, this makes perfect sense. If we can't make it into a major conference because we're not good enough or a big enough audience, we're going the other way. We can be the sucks now, but used-to-be-kind-of-good school that hopefully the big boys will want to add as a sure win! Genius! We're a quality junk team! A 16 team conference would be stupid to load up on 16 great teams, they'd just beat each other up. Every conference needs their whipping-boys, and by God, we are more than willing!
