Pretty sure Tilman originally committed to Ole Miss, went juco, gave So Miss an oral commitment, something happened and he signed with us. He was added to the roster, so I'd assume that means he had joined the team. Guess he could go redshirt somewhere...

1) his facebook status has stated Southern Miss for a long, long time. It could be that somebody saw this and started the rumor. don't know but his fbook has always shown southern miss.

2) he initially committed to and signed with Southern Miss in the '08 class because he was going to be a non-qualifier and southern miss believed they could get him in. they talked him into signing and to keep trying throughout the semester out of high school. he tried to enter ole miss in jan '09...never could get in.

decided on juco route in '09-'10...been there the past two years.

He was on the roster this afternoon, I checked right after I didn't see him on the depth chart.

What is it about Southern Miss and Big Time recruits? Bo Tillman = Marcus Dupree. Pretty soon we'll see Bo Tillman disappear only to show up in the USFL and then years later trying out for some NFL team and get cut in the preseason. What a shame. Tillman is the greatest that never was at k-state.

Unconfirmed hearsay in Manhappiness, so take it for what it's worth. Some old and some new information.

1. Defense is light years better and quicker than last year.
2. Healthy rotation along the interior D-line will help tremendously.
3. Shak, Davis and Voelker rotation; they are great.
4. Heit is starting LS, yet competitive.
5. Brown, Walker are the real deal at LB and Eman is holding his own.

I don't know why the original poster on GPC changed their post, but this post originally said he had transferred to LSU. I don't think this rumor originated with his Southern Miss FB account, but people are running with that.

Bo couldn't deal with the stiff competition at K-State. Prolly a starter at some school like LSU.
