Anyone else disappointed they didn't go the pissclams route of having a stationary avatar?

i mean, think about it. when you think captaincrap, you think of elite posts, and that elite arrested development puppet avatar.

when you think pissclams, a certain image forms in your head. it's elite, tradtional and speeks to his values.

I guess having such a transient avatar makes me very shallow. It's definitely a regret.

part of me wishes i never got away from my kansas state shoe that i used to use. the gatorcat is pretty fantastic though and probably here to stay. what i don't like is people that have similar looking avatars. i can't think of them at the moment but i'm always frustrated by them.

fatty. yes, i remember you being a little shaken up over your avatar issues when i was in mhk this summer.

branding is important but big companies rebrand themselves all the time and are still successful.

yeah. that might be it. there is a third person who has similar as well i think. either way it's just so monumentally frustrating that i sometimes just have to quit the board for a week and then come back when i've finally calmed down. i wish they would get together and work it out.

i agree. it was very enjoyable but that was the past and this is the present and i want to know what we are going to do about the fact that stupid fitz and steve dave (and to a degree etp) have the same avatar and that it's difficult to tell them apart when they post. did they plan it? maybe.
