So happy summer is almost over so all the bugs can go away.  Bugs are the worst things in the world. They are so annoying and gross, and sometimes scary if it's like a big spider or something.

THOUGHT: What if bugs went away during the summer and came alive in the winter? That would be way better because you wear so many clothes in the winter that they couldn't get to you.

We will see. I read once that the average person eats many spiders while they are sleeping over the course of their lifetime. Supposedly, they are drawn to your saliva, then you swallow them when they go into your mouth.

What's worse: a swarm of those little gnats that won't leave you alone or a wolf spider so big that when you shine your flashlight under the couch you can see it's eyes reflecting in the light? I think the wolf spider for sure. But those gnats are annoying still.

First of all, TY to _33 for starting this BA thread.  Bugs don't hibernate doods, their life cycles are way too short for that.  And they also don't fly south for the winter.  (Monarchs do, but it's a 3rd generation that actually returns to Canada.)  Bugs do sow seeds in times of need though, my yard was nearly devoid of bugs for like a month during the 100 degree crap but you can't take a step in it now without kicking up several baby cricket looking things.  That will try their best to move into my basement come winter.  I will not allow that to happen.  Insecticides/spray-in insulation foam does wonders....

when i went jogging late last night i saw what i thought was an albino vampire bat with a four foot wingspan, but it was too dark too tell for sure.  totally freaked me out.  anyway, maybe it was a giant bug?

When I was pressing weight last night right after volunteering at an animal shelter I saw a disgusting spider near the 55lb plates
