This is hilarious...Considering the fact that two years ago no one would have had a place to post if it hadn't been for me or someone else stepping up to buy the site. The people who created the other site had the chance too. But they chose to use SD, Saul, and _fans knowledge of what we did with ksufans to create another site after the fact. AS far as SD...I own that guy he knows it and all of you do. He will be paying me a portion of his bi-weekly check here pretty soon. I guess you could all consider it child support.

It is cute how he keeps talking about a lawsuit.  If he couldn't afford an adequate server for his website, how is he going to be able to afford legal fees for a lawsuit that has zero chance of winning against an entity that is not generating any revenue and has zero real assets?  I’m sure there would be a lot of attorneys ready to jump at the chance to bill hours they’ll never get paid for.

I have spoke with bigshotattorneycat  -- he was in the Grand Caymans -- and he told me if there ever were a lawsuit, it would be very publically discussed here and anywhere an ear was listening.  There would be no "down low" legal action.  If someone thinks they can go around suing people and it won't become very public, they are wrong.
