Ole Miss new mascot, Admiral Ackbar?

So Ole Miss decides to replace their goofy, racist mascot.  They decide to let students vote and the most amaszing oppo for a KatPak head-esque re-branding of the South begins...

Their tagline?  "Who wants a Col. when you could have an Admiral?"





By the way, goEMAW needs to begin following olemiss_ackbar immediately.

As a fellow geek. I love this move. It's brilliant.  But i would prefer an iron clad princess as my mascot.
