pregame was pretty good for ndsu, then we lost

bad weather didn't help the first 2 games, and no one is going to go crazy for a umass game

People only use it for the first football game and it has always been a disaster. The production quality honestly isn't bad, they just don't have the bandwidth to provide a quality stream.

This just sounds like more high tech crap that won't work.  Honestly it think this game would be better broadcast over AM radio

I had this issue too, their site has some bugs they need to fix. I'm guessing that you have an old account that you are trying to reactivate. If so, login and then try watching a premium video. It will ask you to subscribe and the two options should be there then.

log into your account w/ internet explorer.  the schedule will show up on the right.  click on "premium" next to the SFA game listing. 
it will bring you to the choose plan page and you enter your billing information.
