So how are they going to enforce the new curfew when it goes into effect? Are the cops riding on horseback just going to ask every kid who looks they might be under 18 for their ID?

There is no race war....there is only large groups of black teens and preteens gathering together to raise hell and tear crap up. This is not a racist statement, this is a fact. I have no idea what the solution is other than for parents to take some rough ridin' responsibility for their kids. Fat chance of that happening anytime soon.
