Bad news:  No chest ripping metal hunk tore through his sternum when they flipped on the MRI machine
Good news:  Torn ACL.  Not what I was hoping for but I'll take it

Just so everyone knows, unless denclems goes down with a double aTm billywithoutacl popcorn, and  Irv -> :pbj: and Nick do their best Clent impersonation, then this should be a win.

But the peggy positives have destroyed the nancy negatives this year.  Going to go with the peggy's for this one.

good news for kstate if either bowers or ramsey gets in foul trouble and they have to give moore minutes.  good news for mu if bowers, ramsey and english play more minutes than normal (especially bowers).

Sucks.  Hate seeing Big XII teams lose key players at this point in the season.  Also hated seeing the Douche Ballsack guy from UT blow a knee.

True, but not so much with KU.  Would be okay with seeing a Collins or Cole go down.  It never happens to them.

I will have a meltdown to end all meltdowns if we lose this game and perhaps if it's within 6.

Didn't see a thread about yet, unless posted in a mizzou thread somewhere.

Anderson confirmed with Petro.

Also, looks like Purdue's Hummel torn ACL as well.

(Okay, did see it in a thread already, oh well.)

Another advantage of the Mizzou system is that if a player is injured during this time of the year, there are 2 guys behind him who have just as much playing time as he did. I think Mizzou will be just as strong without stafford.

Losing a starter or a high minutes guy really hurts their depth and Missouri needs depth to run 40 minutes of full court man to man.

Losing Stafford definitely gives an even bigger advantage down low. We already have them on depth in the post, and now they'll be more sensitive to foul trouble with only bowers and ramsey left to carry the load. Given our style of offensive play and Mizzou's aggressive pressure defense, I think it could be long night for the tigers due to foul trouble.

I gave $2 to a homeless guy today to avoid the jinx that come with this tread.  Was it enough?
