After 11, the same could vat of burrito mix (egg, sausage, and stuff...tater tots for that ridiculous super sonic bb) is used until it runs out which is never, which means it sits ou pretty much all day/night.

Heating lamp?  Not really, more of a heating "drawer" I'd say.  Listen, it may not be bad or anymore unhealthy or whatever, it always just freaked me out.  And considering I was a 16 year old sonic employee, there wasn't a lot that freaked me out.
