Hines ward is the new Wes welker as far as I'm concerned.
"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."

Brod could be the slowest receiver who sucks at blocking and has worst hands on the team and he'd still be my favorite player because of his tats. My God, those tats.....

Brod runs faster then people realize.  AT least he did before he broke his leg.  His forty time was in the 4.4's last year he was our fastest wideout on the roster.  He got deep a number of times with his double move but we had trouble getting him the ball.   I'm not really sure where the Brod can't run talk comes from pre inury Brod wasn't quite a burner but had nice speed.

I have eyeballs, and if you put Smith at the combine and put him in the electronic timing that they use there, he's at least in the 4.6 range.

Nelson ran something like 4.5+.  Figurs is the fastest person I've ever seen in a purple uniform (not named Frank Murphy), and he had the fastest time at the combine with a 4.29.

Brodrick Smith is NOWHERE near 4.4.  And if we're getting these numbers from some GPC update, you may as well set them on fire.

His fastest 40 time listed by the NFL drat scout site is a 4.50.  Those are generally pretty accurate times on that site not sure if that was from last spring post injry or  from prior.  I was told he ran in the high 4.4's last summer by another player on the team.  I guess I could be wrong but I don't think I am.  He told J-mart he ran a 4.43 coming out of high school which was probably BS but I don't think he was off by a full 2/10's.

Take the best time you've ever seen posted about a kid and add a tenth.  That's what he'll run at the combine.

By rumors, you meant a bunch of quotes in a KSU-employed Mark Jannsen article that KSTATEO e-mails to the whole world every morning and has on the front page of the football site?

rumblings from inside the halls of Vanier that Michael Smith married his new wife strictly because of her name started with a K because he's got at least a couple kids from a previous marriage • Wife – Karyn;  Children – Kylie, Kenzie, Kason, Kamryn
