Sandwiches named after towns

Don't you think they should reflect the character of said city?  I certainly do.  I just got back from a place that serves a Dodge City sandwich that features pepperoni, salami, and oregano.  I harrumphed of course, but it got me thinking what would a say, Manhattan KS, sandwich be?  Maybe a kebab made with meat goat put in a whole wheat pita?   :ck:

I'm still pissed that the KC Strip has become a "New York Strip" basically everywhere outside of KC.   :shakesfist:

Cuban Sandwich is tops. There are towns named Cuba. It is a great sandwich.

There's a little apple salad at ingredient.  Still, salads are far from the class of a sandwich
