Are the numbers on those links correct? KU really accepts 91.4% of admissions while KSU only accepts 55.5%??

The people I've known who have traveled to Lawrence from LA and other parts of California, whether on business or personal reasons, have all really enjoyed the experience.  One woman in particular, for reasons that are still not altogether clear, fell in love with La Familia.  It was the first place she wanted to go on her next trip out to Lawrence.  Don't sell Lawrence short.

I don't know if it'd be a factor at all (I'm sure it isn't), but Lawrence would certainly fit in with the other Pac towns.

I had no idea the other Pac towns had Orscheln's, Tractor Supply, John Deere, and Kubota dealers within a few blocks on one of their busier streets.
Interesting.

For instance Lawrence is basically just like Berkley, except completely opposite in every imaginable way. 

It reminds me of Palo Alto, if it were completely different in every single way and full of hicks with no money.

Eliminate the Space Needle from the equation and Lawrence is virtually a carbon copy of Seattle.
