Self takes a surefire one and done lottery guy and turns him into a second rounder. KU fans hustle to get in line to blame Selby. Those guys that wear the uniform are people for pete's sake. Selby is a pioneer. He knew he would have to suffer by going to Lawrence, but he persevered through all of the hate and still made it to the league. Now college recruiting choices for highly ranked basketball players are just that much easier for the future generations.

I'll never understand how Self can handle the guilt of literally robbing these young men of millions of dollars for his own personal gain. No one ever says "I wish I would have ruined more lives" on their death bed (besides Selfish people).
