Pomegranate gets it's own rough ridin' category called "best goddam fruit ever".

what would we be thinking about the mango (preferably chopped into chunks and lightly frozen)   :dunno:

Good mangos are the best tasting fruit in my opinion.  Unfortunately I don't have a source for consistently good mangos so 3 out of 4 are usually horrible tasting.  Advice would be appreciated.

On the subject of blueberries...  If you ever find yourself in Peoples Grocery, try their "blue moon" shake, it's awesome.

wild blueberries and then red raspberries.  #1 and 2 all-time berry champs.

I've been adding them to my everyday morning oatmeal and let me tell you I feel and look fantastic.  And the taste?  eff yes.

Do you make a whole bunch an reheat it or how do you go abouts cooking stone ground oats in a reasonable amount of time and making it to work on time?  Or, Breads, are you one of those get up an hour earlier than needed to get a jump on the day kinda fellas?

Genuinely curious if its possible to incorporate more oatmeal in my life without doing the later, that aint me.

Put your oatmeal and milk and almonds all in a bowl together and then mix it up and then put it in the microwave.  Mine takes five plus minutes because I do three servings.  Then as soon as it comes out you throw in your frozen wild blueberries and frozen red raspberries.  They thaw and the oatmeal cools at the same time.  You can eat it with less than ten minutes prep time.

My secret is that for one of the servings I use one of the apple cinnamon packets instead of a scoop of old fashioned.  Gives it some more flavor.  Plus you can use the packet to measure all of your milk.  Perfect.

I don't think oatmeal and fruit make your butthole grosser than it might otherwise be.  That's clean burning fuel.  Not like some gross meat-beer crap.  That's a complete mess.

I slide blueberries to the top but agree with the top 4. No little effin seeds and they taste wonderful.

When I was a young whipper snapper, I would climb the hills in western Kansas and pick these delicious berries.  The make a mighty fine pie.

One cautionary thing that gooseberry pickers should keep in mind.  Always wear rattlesnake proof boots.  Cause they hang around the bushes to swallow small animals that are feasting on the berries.

this is easy because I have tons of rattlesnake-proof boots.

I'm glad I was attentive and quick enough to not need the test the boots.
