I was talking with Trim on twitter yesterday and I was confused about something. I enjoy this board a lot, but I still don't understand the hate for Gopowercat! I feel like i'm missing the story. Fill me in! Did you get burned by them or something? I'll go ahead and hang up and listen off the air.

gpc hate predates the patterson stuff by a lot. it goes way deeper. don't cheapen gpc hate.

it's sickening that people think gopowercat hate is because of the patterson fiasco. kinda makes me feel like they're getting a free pass.

I don't hate gopowercat. as a kstate fan, It's kind of bummer though. they have the ability to provide great kstate coverage and instead choose to hang out on aggieville barstools all day and tweet Dick jokes to highschool girls. oh well. and by they, I think you know who I mean. it could just be so much better than it is. it's just kind of depressing.

I mean, god forbid that someone with an enjoyment of kstate sports actually has some sort of standard or expectation for something better. there's just a "oh well, better than nothing blind leading the blind mentality" that permeates that place.

I understand why they don't change it....I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. They are serving up exactly what a large majority of our fans want. Sure it would be nice if it was applied as we would like it, but I have a feeling there is more money for less investment in how they are running it now.

I can understand most of these reasons. I've never been a "member" over there. I've always used friends accounts, and I can assure you that I would never waste money for any message board site. That sucks though. I guess I never understood it, because doing sports radio at 91.9, I use to work with Fitz a lot. He definately "has his way" with the ladies! haha
