This is on Snyder. He has has been horrible at motivating our most talented players the last few years. He sure can get the really awful players to try super hard and be slightly less awful but still awful but he can't seem to get the good players to try hard and be super good. Instead he just runs them off the team.

those awful players have tried hard their entire lives. there's no coaching there. they know that they have to continue to try hard to stay ahead of the lazy medium talent players.

Bill will let Brandon back on the team. if there's one thing that LHC Bill Snyder has done his entire career it is cater to the talent. I love this about Bill.
