well, i think he was talking to a lot of the site's posters this weekend when he was in MHK so he may have told a bunch of people to vote for him. i think that is totally fair. however, i got an email yesterday from the server host and he said someone had planted a malicious virus on the server webnet. he indicated it may have been playboy X because of the TCP/IP mask was set to one that PBX uses from his home account. when the server host did a traceroute on the TCP/IP submask through the server he discovered that not only was it the same traceroute that PBX uses, but it was also one that some posters use from k-state campus. now, what's suspicious is that PBX was in MHK last weekend and may have gone to a computer lab and loaded a virus set to activate yesterday right before noon- the exact same time we were having issues with the site, and coincidentally the same time that he took the lead in the poll. when you take the evidence and have the webnet investigate the TCP/IP submask from the serverhost on campus, we'll definitely have more to go on. until then i think we should hold tight. thoughts?
