I just noticed that UNI is now ranked, that male genitals knocker newspaper writer in sys's sig has to be questioning how long their banners will be up.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Was just watching the AP motion yesterday. Amazed at how steady our ascent has been.

so not that it matters, but do we or others need to have a better appreciation for the job frank did his first two years?  cause when you compare it to Capel, frank's doing/has done a better job with arguably the same or less talent.

NU is possibly the best 1-11 Big 12 conference  team i have ever seen.

I was thinking about starting a thread about how they may be the worst Big 12 team I have ever seen from a talent standpoint.

they're really young, and have no depth.  They should be better than they are, but not significantly better.  Big dropoff when WW is out.

How talented was the 0-16 A&M squad?

Seriously?  They had Antoine Wright and Acie Law IV.

Wooly's first year was pretty bad for talent.  Richie Terry started, like every game.  I don't know that NU has anyone that bad.

I was seriously asking, I had no idea who played on that team. All I know is they were 0-16. What was the least amount of Big 12 wins we've ever had, 4?

wouldn't they have, collectively, more talent than our '08 team?  warren/mason-griffin/tiny > beasley/walker?  We were young all around and our depth wasn't good either.

Very similar, but I think Beasley/Walker >>>> Warren/TMG/tiny.

Can't imagine many coaches producing a top 5 NBA draft pick, two NCAA appearances (3 yrs of postseason play), at least a top 4 finish in their conference in their first 3 yrs of being a head coach.  Roy W didn't even do that at KayyYouu.

Ryan Anderson is better than Reid, IMO.  And Eshaunte Jones was originally an Indiana commit - Doc should just use him better.

Kinda off topic, but that 08 roster was stacked when you consider we had Clemente, Samuels and Hoskins inactive.
