After news of an internal probe into possible NCAA violations was release by Kansas State on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 9 [2007], K-State Athletic Director Tim Weiser, along with assistant athletic director/compliance David Flores and attorney Mike Glazier, of Bond, Schoeneck and King , fielded questions about the investigation during a teleconference late Tuesday morning.
