I think you miss my meaning. I am saying that if KC is the most positive place on earth, the rest of the world must suck. I don't find KC overwhelmingly positive.

Also, fwiw, Basehor is too busy being happy with itself to worry about submitting formal info to the UN for things like this. We told the UN long ago to get off our sack. I would imagine that most cities that submit for this sort of thing are like the needy GF always needing approval/validation. Yes KC, you are pretty.
