OSU got a preview yesterday of the news that came out today.. So Pryor got the hell out of dodge..

He was being paid about 40G's a year from a Photographer with OSU media credentials for autographed gear, the dumbshit cashed checks from the photog guy (and the NCAA has this) and the kicker is that OSU made him disassociate himself from OSU in the middle of LAST season, meaning they found out about it but didn't report it to the NCAA or compliance.. They are beyond Effed now, you can see all of his autographed (his credentials gave him access to many more players other than Pryor) memorabilia he is selling on ebay under the name "infickelwetrust"...

He doesn't have to cooperate with the NCAA now, but they really don't need him to at this point, him cooperating could really only help OSU, but the IRS is after the Photog for tax fraud anyway, and will likely go after TP now for not reporting this income, so the NCAA will have access to that stuff..

the only time the NCAA has any power over anyone is when you're playing in their athletic association.  and even then, the only power they have is to let you play, or not let you play.
