The owner grows greens in the basement with fish poop, I'm not surprised the clientele wears overalls.

When traveling, here is the Phil Titola restaurant selection criteria scale you should print and out into your wallet for reference. KC restaurants are given for examples. Godspeed if you are forced to a 7.

Choice 1 -  local joint, one location, never tried it or local cuisine (Q39)
Choice 2 -  local one location place, generic cuisine but good (El patron)
Choice 3 -  local regional chain, never tried or its good, food of the region (Gates bbq)
Choice 4 - local or regional chain, generic food (winsteads)
Choice 5 - local / regional place but avg/poor food *only if booze served (54th street)
Choice 6 - national chain but good or never been there  (chicfila?)
Choice 7 - most national chains here. (chili's, olive garden, cheesecake factory)

I'd be happy to provide you with scoring if you are ever in doubt. Hamburglar and I were able to quickly put this scale into use last night.

I had no clue this was a thing. :frown: Anton lives in the subsidized building I use to live in, in the river market. He'll do anything to eff someone (just like me!). ;)
