Business on emirates is maybe the most 'gloid filled collection of downgrades I've ever seen on a plane. Good thing it's only a 7 hour flight  :goodbyecruelworld:

Just Google translate/lens

But there is enough English around in the cities that you can navigate pretty well without it.

With my parents retired, they are pretty much open to going anywhere, anytime. I’m curious if there is a good place that shows the cheapest business/first class flight deals? Just opened end date/destination, here are cheap business/first class flights.

I'm not sure how many destinations ita matrix lets you put in but it might be a good start

Do they like cruises? My parents freaking love cruises for some reason and sign up for all the rewards programs etc and get all sorts of free cruise offers randomly from all the major cruise lines. It's never during peak season (spring break, winter break etc) and they typically don't get more than a couple of months notice but its free.

They also booked like 10 billion cruises during Covid knowing that they would get canceled/refunded and used that to get some primo elite status which probably helps.

I've been in Minnesota the last three days and I can't find Pete anywhere.  I thought for sure he would be in Duluth. Maybe he is purifying himself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka.

Reminds me of 12 years ago when Phil & I got in a cab in Berlin at 10:00pm. We asked the cab driver if there were any bars nearby. The driver just laughed and said “yeah, but not for you, you’re too old.”

Had some clients who felt the same way about Spain. Bought a house, did extensive remodeling and were all ready to make it their primary residence, and then BAM. Arrested for wire fraud and illegal kickbacks. Something to keep in mind.
