What I don't like a lot of is the yoke mixture. That said, I have only had the mayo/mustard basic ones.
I love eggs, though and this thread has gotten in my head.
I have one I think I will try. I like my boiled eggs cooked more as a soft boil(like 6 minutes rather than 10min). Yoke is still a little runny while the whites are cooked. This weekend, I may try to do a soft boil and make deviled eggs with the runny yolk, chives, parsley, and ribeye mix.
Sounds fantastic to me.
