So got back from 3 days at a music festival, got very pak'd needless to say.  Wasn't too hungover on Sunday, did take a nap when i got home (mostly from 3 days of sleep dep) and take it pretty easy.  Anyways, after a good pak, i sometimes will be a little sore in the lower back region. I always thought this was the ole Kidneys letting me know they've been putting in work.  I was playing some Ultimate after work today and i started getting back spasms in the area i was a little sore, nothing really bad but i'm home laid up on the couch, now.   Anyone else know what i'm talking about?

Most def. Always very sore in the lower backski when I wake up the next morning after a srs pak.

i woke up at 6:30 this morning and wondered why a pile of onions was hitting me in the back of the head with a sledge hammer every 2 seconds.
