I feel your pain.  Went out with my bro from college last night who was in town.  We started reminiscing about our bartending days over shots of tequila and then it turned into a contest to see who could drink more.  We both lost.

Don't be scared.  Tylenol, black coffee, and greasy breakfast items are still your friend.  Just no coffee for the kiddos.
