I've been doing a mixture of this.
A bottle of Kombucha w chia seeds
Coconut water
A full bottle of v8 or equivalent
Scoop of coconut oil (I do this daily)
20 min. Of sauna (do this first).
Also something meaty. Chipolte or steak. Beef has lots of vitamins and when it rests in the digestive system it soaks up its lomg list of nutrients.
But, I've also figured out that not drinking is the best defense. The aforementioned still never makes me whole.
This hangover is an "ehhh, 10" on the MiR rating scale.
