spent the weekend, plus last night, in columbia with dlew and dr. tylerhughes and a bunch of other high quality people. i haven't put in three days of work like that since the last fiesta bowl. my ability to concentrate is so pathetic that it's comical. going to be a rough day tomorrow too!

This morning started out rough, but I think the leftover BBQ I had last night at 2 am alleviated a lot of it. #teampork

for me, it's a mix of the soreness, dehydration, and hangover from the quantity of beer, not quality.

maybe I should visit Swolieville to figure out how to better prepare for these nights.

Join a gym that has a sauna and sit in there 3-4 times per week for about 15 minutes. Drink a bottle of water during and afterwards. Works for me every time.

I've been doing a mixture of this.

A bottle of Kombucha w chia seeds
Coconut water
A full bottle of v8 or equivalent
Scoop of coconut oil (I do this daily)
20 min. Of sauna (do this first).
Also something meaty. Chipolte or steak. Beef has lots of vitamins and when it rests in the digestive system it soaks up its lomg list of nutrients.

But, I've also figured out that not drinking is the best defense. The aforementioned still never makes me whole.

bullshit blog-post. two-day hangovers aren't exclusive to college graduates or people that are older than 24 either.
