Sad the Pizza Hut in the Ville is closing, used to go there for lunch buffet a few time a semester after church on Sunday. Used to go to the Goose when they had $5 long island's make by the best bartender Rick until he left (he was only there for like 8 months or so but was damn good).

pizza hut is on the ropes and there are other pizza huts that pay less rent and have places for drivers to park.

No.  What is replacing Pizza Hut?  I know why Pizza Hut is failing.

Aggieville is where restaurants go to die. The better locations are in other parts of town.

Wabash has been empty for 6 months. It's not like businesses are lining up for that space...

gumbys has been gone for like 7 years now and was never really a part of aggieville imo.  how do you explain keltic star celebrating 2 1/2 years of being open if restaurants go to aggieville to die?
