ate chipotle at auntie maes and enjoyed some free wifi.  all around great experience

very little movement on Qdoba since putting up the sign.  Did some minor hvac stuff (maybe tore down an hold section of air handler) and haven't done crap.  Still has the notices up about anytime fitness ejecting.

I work in HVAC.  We just bid the Qdoba a couple of weeks ago.  I haven't heard who won the contact though.  So I would imagine it'll be a few weeks before you see progress.

It's just getting short listed right now. Tenatively 3 years out from opening so I don't think there is a specific spot or anything picked out. Will happen though (pending economic disastor in mhk area, lol yeah right)
