I don't have kids. Yet. So, forgive my ignorance. Is it not disgusting to change a diaper in the middle of a restaurant??? I've never seen this. Seems disgusting to me. But, again, I don't have kids.

Sounds pretty gross. Especially considering there were bathrooms with changing tables available. It being cold seems like a lame excuse. My guess is laziness.

To be fair, I was probably never going to eat at PR anyways, but this seals the deal. Since there is no way of knowing exactly which booth this occurred in you have to assume it happened in all of them.

Honestly though, can someone tell me what the draw is to those type of eating establishments (PR, Sirloin Stockade, etc) on the east side? I get the tax difference between the two but just wondered if there was another reason.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the proximity to WalMart and the type of customer that WalMart attracts.
