So, on a scale of 1/10, how certain are we that this building is going to replace the car wash?  Is this just an idea?  Or, has a developer purchased the lot and submitted plans to the City?  I've never heard of this project.

As I mentioned, preliminary..so pre-permit submittal to city.  Owner has to decide what they want before starting any PDP with the city. 5 + different layout combinations all with Potbelly included....so I say a Potbelly-included layout of some sort, certainty 5 out of 7

What they should do is put a parking garage there along with over the two small parking lots behind it.

OT but has it been mentioned anywhere that a CVS is going next to the Bluemont Hotel?

You're apparently out of the loop. ABA would kill for a parking garage. It's like the thing they want most.

What would you like to talk about? I've been once. It was good but weird. I want to go back and have their dumplings if they have started doing those yet.

My friend is the chef there. I don't think they are doing well, it's in a terrible spot and not many people know about it.

I had never heard about it, but saw it on the way to goodcents and we decided to live vivaciously.

The food I had was suprisingly good. The staff seemed like they had been watching TV all day and were very suprised to have to prepare food for a customer.

I am confused by their business model. Fast casual type restaurant that chose to go for a liquor license before a soda fountain. They serve tapas size portions. If I had a server, I would have kept ordering stuff.

The cold noodles, "tacos", and sliders were all things that I would actually like to eat again. They should hook up with wildcat2go.

potbelly is garbage.  but for the unsophisticated palate of hayseed_cat, it will seem like the french laundry, so go cats.

had tanner's this weekend. good bbq burger (pulled pork and onion ring on burger) and fries. pretty enjoyable, as is most of aggieville, when the weather is nice and they open up all the windows, especially being on the corner like they are.
