Not only a Tallgrass eatery going in, but also a Boulevard eatery.

don't understand. use more words.

There is not only a Tallgrass eatery going in in Manhattan, KS, but a Boulevard Brewing eatery is going to go in as well.

have you seen that tv show about the tallgrass eatery and boulevard eatery, stevesie?  i think it has horrible character development and the script looks like it was written by a seven year old.  thoughts?

We appreciate your well thought out take on our facility and performance. We take any criticism as an opportunity to evaluate ourselves through the eyes of our guests and use those marks to make improvements. The next step in our renovation is in food service. Our restaurant , bar & grill will undergo a change in March co-branding with Boulevard Brewing Company. The new menu will take the restaurant and our overall kitchen service in a new direction offering a variety of new selections to our guests. Thank you very much for taking the time let us know about your experience. Our grand opening for Boulevard Brewing Company will be March 11th, if you are in the area we would love for you to come.

Responding to reviews on TA and co-branding with Boulevard.  I thought the Four Points would be a money pit but maybe they're on the right track there.

Tallgrass has been adamant about not having a restaurant for a long time.  I mentioned it to the founder about six months ago . . .and bam.  just saying.

They were trying to get the spot that Keltic Star ended up getting so they've only been planning it for 2+ years.

"average at best" is major league hating. its like a passive agressive thing.  I would rate things that are horrible above things that are average at best.

Hey, puni no hate here! Here's my deal with boulevard. Some of their smokestack stuff is very good like tank 7 and the saison-brett. Their normal stuff I'll drink if I have to, but overall pretty meh and not something I would ever buy at a liquor store for a Tuesday night binge.

Wasted $9 at RAB last night. The fact that this places' food gets talked up so much is just mind blowing. I mean, the sandwich was ok but jfc, I can go to Hyvee and make a far superior deli 'wich. Next time I go I might start an "overrated" chant.

Had RAB for lunch. It was incredible.  :lick:

Walked away thinking I need to eat there more often...That makes it underrated, right?

RAB saved my life on FPD. Had the belly buster. I become more of a fan each time I eat there.  :Wha:
