I want to get a blazer that I can pair with multiple pairs of dress pants. I would like something a little more stylish than the classic 2 button navy, maybe gray? Any reccomendos?

The reason why the navy blazer is the standard is because it's the most versatile, both seasonally (wear it year round) and in terms of use (pairs well with tans, khakis, and greys, which tend to be the colors of most guys' non-suit pants). However, if you don't mind losing a little versatility, there are a few ways you could go here. (Also a good question for guys looking for a second sportcoat outside of the navy blazer.) We'll try to start with the most versatile here (this is also the order in which I'd add to my closet, except I'd probably switch linen/cotton and camelhair and maybe the blend/tweed).1) A tan blend sportcoat, something along these lines from BB:This photo has it used in a very summery style, but the great thing is that you can also pair it with darker grey, blue, or brown slacks year 'round (just not going to be able to wear it with khakis). Windowpane patterns (keep it on the subtler end, like this one) aren't terribly common to see around here, can be a little more stylish in a Brit/European sense.

Yikes they picked the wrong model to wear a slim fit cut jacket. That looks awful
Yep, and going for cheap since they're heading out of season.
