I work in a jeans are OK office, and I usually wear jeans, desert boots (aka the most versatile piece of footwear) and a plaid or solid shirt untucked. But I may be taking a new job with the company where I'll be in lots of meetings with people above me who would probably not be caught dead in jeans and an untucked shirt (we're only a few years removed from allowing jeans on FRIDAY). If I just tuck the shirt in, am I good to go? I really don't want non-jeans or Brooks Brothers parachute shirts.
