i don't know about other females (where are you, wildfratcountry?), but if i saw a guy wearing a pocketed tank top like that, i'd be all

if i saw a guy wearing a pocketed tank top like that i would punch him as hard as i could right in the pocket.

This was my first blush too.  I mean, unless that shirt company sells pocket punch protectors that also hold business cards or other stuff, I just don't know if I could feel safe in that.

The real answer is to a large amt of cash in there and act like I don't even care the first time I bent over and it fell out in public.  Douche + money = crazy ladies

And yes, I get the point I'm making about putting a pocket square (form over function) in a pocket on the outside of a jacket (form over function) doesn't prove my point that pockets on tank tops (form over function) doesn't make sense.

Don't get me wrong.  If you're tall + super jacked (ahem), you can pull it off in any sitch.  If you're pretty much just a regular joe, i think they look douchy.  But looking like a douche is acceptable in a lot of summer type things (pool, daydrinking, etc.)

I hear girls say this all the time, but in reverse for girls. It's dumb.

For clarity, I dress how I do because I think it looks nice. I obviously want others to appreciate it too, but I'm not going dress uncomfortably because girls will like it.

Those of us who were townies, or who were the ones who stayed for the entire summer, learned who they were, got bronzed and all became Seans.  The fall would come and we'd spread our wings in front of all the KC/Ta folks and, trust me, the attention was amazing.
