Now that we appear to be a 2 seed lock
« on: February 22, 2010, 12:16:26 PM »
...And it appears that we'll be in OKC, does anyone know more about the venue and the days we'd play? Is OKC a Thurs/Sat venue or a Fri/Sun? I assume we'd be playing where the Thunder play, but does anyone know any of this info for sure?

more likely a one seed.  i think the only question really remaining is whether or not we get the #1 overall seed or if we get screwed like always  :chainsaw:

Looks like New Mexico is the closest team that would steal our spot in OKC if they are seeded in front of us.

I have tickets to the Milwaukee Regional... so hopefully KSU makes it in there so one of you can buy the tickets from me if my grandpa's alma mater Michigan State doesn't make it in.

I was under the assumption that the any seed (that plays a lower seed in game 1) goes to the nearest location as long as the pod hasn't been filled by someone of the same seed already, or hasn't been filled altogether. Guess I'm wrong?

If so, our 90% chance of ending up in OKC went to 95%. The other 5% is if we fall to a 4/5 seed and OKC gets filled.
