Something I "stumbledupon" yesterday that I find fascinating. Just some huge rough ridin' noise detected by NOAA in 1997, and no one knows what the eff it is.

Considering it was heard over 5,000 km away from multiple sources, it's interesting. Other than that, not much to it.

yes.  I didn't turn up the volume because of this.  I also didn't hear crap because of that.
