Just ended 3-1. Apparently this was the second leg. Leon won 5-1 on aggregate.

Rafa Marquez (pos) plays for Leon.

2014-15 CCL Participants out of USA:

Portland Timbers
Sporting KC
New York Red Bulls
DC United

Should be a pretty strong showing. RBNY, KC, and Portland finished 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the SS race respectively, and DC is making huge improvements in the off season bringing in Arnaud, Boswell, and Franklin. I also expect they beat out Chivas and the Galaxy for Eddie Johnson.

Somewhat related, I just saw Jonah Freedman mention on twitter something about Marquez and Leon possibly meeting the Red Bulls. Would be pretty great.

The Canadian qualifier is the winner of the Canadian Cup thing. I think that's not till the spring or something.

It was really fun. All the people there were in awe, which felt good, but then it's like maybe I play too much (?)  :frown:

Yeah, definitely going to be tough. United will make it to the quarterfinals at least.

Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Dortmund, PSG, or Real Madrid for City

Can beat any of them for sure. RM would be the toughest imo. I'll be happy if it's PSG, Dortmund, or Atletico. If we're gonna win the whole thing, gotta beat the established giants at some point.
