I think they were just pretty much sold out through all the presales - same thing happened with the WC Qualifier in Denver. I sucked it up and hit Stubhub

the page behavior was definitely different for me than a typical high-traffic sold out event though. the fact that some at least showed there was an active event with no tickets available well into the sale was strange (even on this blog)

interestingly, i can now search for tickets like ERII could all along (obviously can't find any, as would be expected). i had been reloading out of curiousity every few minutes (after the first 10 minutes of reload frenzy). happened ~10:45
