also, this isn't epl, but psg bought marquinhos from roma today for 35 mil. psg continuing the trend of trying to dismantle serie a.

pastore, verratti, ibrahimovic, cavani, marquinhos, motta, sirigu, thiago silva, lavezzi. all serie a players before psg purchased them.

i think this is kinda the de-facto "non-USMNT" thread, so fire away IMO.  ligue is looking interesting - looks like monaco will be signing hulk (in addition to earlier transfers falcao, moutinho, rodriguez, toulalan, abidal...).  should be some good battling at the very top.  hadn't put any thought to serie a -> psg before
