I could see Big Game Jose going to Anfield and pulling 3 points out of thin air. Then we just need City to figure it out and win 5 in a row. Make us dream, boys!

His life really sucks right now. He would have really wanted that one today and his players (reigning champions) gave him that type of performance. Time to take him out of his misery and let him go be really good at somewhere like Norwich.

(Also I really want Ev to get 4th, Mr. 42. Young, fun, and vibrant football.)

((WAIT but don't beat City because that would ruin our most realistic #NoLiverpool plan))

The British United fans are in full on meltdown mode (and rightfully so! Godspeed British United fans) but I know like 3 Liverpool fans here that are all really cool and nice, so I won't really mind either way. It is kind of fun to meltdown a little though, so I'm trying it. #NoLiverpool

Sure, Suarez is a racist bad person, but so is John Terry. Sure, it's fun that Gerrard has 0 Prems, but we still have Arsenal and the no trophy thing.

One thing I thought was funny:  I've seen a couple 'pool fans do "19+5 > 20+3" on Twitter. Now that's just adorable. I can't even imagine these last 2 decades for them. Fergie just calling his shot about knocking them off their perch, then slowly and painfully doing it. They kind of deserve it this year. Would really put the Fergie era to a proper end. Then City or Chelsea can win it next year. And hopefully by then we'll have Klopp or someone.

I've always thought Jordan Henderson was very neighborly.

Quote from: Mike Prindiville Apr 21, 2014, 11:31 AM EDT
Following reports that David Moyes is set to be sacked as Manchester United manager, Sky Bet has slashed the odds to 3/1 for Holland manager Louis van Gaal to take over as permanent replacement at Old Trafford.

Van Gaal has managed Clockwork Orange since July 2012 and led his country through the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifications with an impressive undefeated record, winning nine matches and drawing one.

Until today, widespread speculation linked van Gaal with succeeding Tim Sherwood at Tottenham this summer. The Dutch coached has mentioned on at least two separate occasions his desire to manage in the Premier League and was expected to make the move after the World Cup this July.

Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp is the next favored to replace Moyes, at 9/2. A master tactician and player favorite, Klopp has rejuvenated a Dortmund side with successive Bundesliga titles in 2010-11 and 2011-12, as well as a Champions League runners-up medal last year.

Current winger and 24-year United veteran, Ryan Giggs, is 7/1 odds to permanently succeed Moyes. Giggs, who is rumored to have fallen out of favor with Moyes this season, is the most decorated player in English football history with 13 Premier League winner’s medals, four FA Cup winner’s medals, three League Cup winner’s medals and two Champions League winner’s medals, and also holds the club record for competitive appearances. He will be the natural replacement on the interim basis but all indications are that a permanent managerial deal isn’t in the cards.

From there, the odds of a different manager taking the helm at United become more far fetched with Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone 14/1, Sir Alex Ferguson 16/1, Carlos Quierox 16/1, Laurent Blanc 25/1, Mauricio Pochettino 25/1 and David Beckham 250/1.

David "The Chosen One" "Footballing Genius" Moyes has been fired from a club that would never make harsh judgement, would never not stand by their manager, and would never fire a manager so quickly with out giving him enough time to really try like those "scum" at Chelsea and City after just under one season at Manchester United.

Klopp already is publicly saying he is staying at Dort

SAF was the greatest manager in the history of the Premier League, it will be impossible to replace him.
