Absolutely a red card. Unbelievable the center referee missed that initially.

Hate to see a great game ruined by such a tough call.

they just reversed the red card

I'm biased AF.

hell, i haven't even bothered to look at a GIF of it so no comment here :)  tried watching my DVR'd copy and went "nope" right after aguero's goal in the 12th/13th

He probably got ball first. Not by much. In hindsight, red was harsh. It's hard not to call a penalty there, and if you call a penalty, you have to show red because it would be denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity. Either a penalty + sending off or nothing at all. Very tough to make either call in full speed.

Didn't expect City to be active today, but apparently there's a 35m pound deal on the table for Porto's Mangala and Fernando.

that deal's dead now, isn't it?

Yes. I was behind on my rumors apparently.

Fernando will join City in the summer on a free transfer. :)

Idk. Dude I follow RT'd it. I should really confirm crap before I post it here.

EDIT: Just retweeted the guy who originally reported it. Portuguese journalist.

nah, good stuff.  i don't follow this stuff closely enough to know if a 'pre-contract' is a real thing or whatevs.  if legit, not a bad piece of business.  pretty sure you'll survive until june without him

Yeah. Would have been nice to have him and Mangala as reinforcements, but we have decent depth in center midfield and have Kompany, Lescott, Nastasic, Demichelis at center back. Garcia can play both places.

Fwiw, some people are tweeting at the Portuguese dude saying he's full of crap. Not sure if that's just butthurt or what.

7 or 8. Probably 7. There's a press conference tomorrow. I'm excited to watch him work with RvP and Rooncakes when they both get back (hopefully soon). Moyes is building a monster.

Mata can't play out wide, so either Roodog or RvP will get pushed out. I wouldn't get too excited.
All three starting today. Good thing I didn't not get excited like you said.

Idk. It's probably Tobias' sock because he wants a good EPL team to root for.

Thanks. Would have liked more than a point here but still happy to draw against a top club. Our new strikers looked good also.
