i wonder what the stats are on how many people die in tornadoes who have consciously ignored any warnings. guess i'll never know

People in the south seem to always take massive casualties, as well as people in mobile homes according to SPC

They haven't updated deaths from the last couple days, but I heard on the news it's something like 17.

edit: notice in the link above that ELITE Kansas dwellers hardly ever die in tornadoes, since we don't ignore them like other people.

Yes. If possible, you need to get outside immediately and stand next to your house/apt/etc. The key is just getting outside. Preferably you also want to be by a substantial structure. Godspeed.

how does this apply to hoarders? worth the risk of having ten years of beanie babies and princess di dolls crushing you to get outside and get murdered by a bunch of wind? depends on how substantial the structures created by the hoarder are, i guess.
