I am in charge of 5 men and we get along well. They prefer working for me because I am lighter on them when the screw up unless it is too much. Then they know I'll get rid of them.Anyhow since I enjoy similar stuff they like ... sports, music it isn't a problem with them. They also enjoy that I rarelyget emotional unless something family related...i.e....illness.Not all females are bad you just have to get lucky with right ones. I would say however the women get angry when I don't deal with their emotions well. I guess they feel I as a woman should feel sorry for them. But maybe that is I get along with men well...father, boyfriend
Work with the females at my job...not only is it hell but they are not easy on my eyes as well
Bring in doughnuts once in awhile. Also, tell them how great their outfit looks on them. Ask about their kids. Don't try to figure them out or you will go crazy because you can't.
I would try to get them to like like you. Seriously, wear cut off shorts with a little sack hanging out, or muscle shirts, etc. get them to compete with each other, ala taking pressure off of you, and make them hate each other. Plus you'll get to watch all the fights. Ain't nothing like chick on chick violence to get me going
What I don't get about women in the work place is I work with all men and have a secretary that works for me. For whatever the reason she will come up with what she thinks is a great idea and I say no. Man can she get her panes in a wad. Some how she forgets I'm the boss. Wow, that would be tuff being married to her. Very entitled almost. My wife is fantastic. She's not emotional, can be very direct with and can dish it back with the best of them. That doesn't work with most women.

Most female coworkers are overly sensitive to constructive criticism. Most guys will hear it and then let it go immediately. Females will harbor the criticism forever and look for opportunities to prove you wrong. Grudges can last a lifetime over the craziest little thing.
Honestly...the best way to deal with females like that is to use your spider senses and figure out trends...try and pick up right before they show up/are about to have one of their moods...and disappear. That's what I have figured out at home...when the wife starts acting like that, I disappear (yard work, basement, bar...anywhere but around her)
I can handle the bitchy part of it but the emotional part I don't get. I was in charge of a team of 3 girsl one time and each of them were in my office at one point crying over what seemed liked nothing. One cried because she couldn't figure out a spreadsheet. I can't recall a single time that I've cried at work. There really is no one way to handle females they are all individuals.
...the biggest thing for me is the social hour or three during the day where the daily gossip is shared. Totally oblivious to the fact that there are people near them trying to work. I had to buy noise cancelling headphones to cut it out.
90% of my colleagues are women. They can be emotional and petty. Just roll with it.
Wabash posts about women never fails to depress the hell out of me. So many loveless marriages. I'm sure their wives aren't exactly great themselves, or they wouldn't have settled for these guys, but geez
