Getting rid of Harden was the right move. You don't pay A money to B players.

Also, how gross is the East outside the Heat? So unlikeable.

so harden is a B player?

Yeah.

Top 5 in scoring and steals this post-season.  :nono:

Also top 5 in regular season scoring, and top 10 in steals.

And he produced? I don't see how that makes him a B player?

I'm not into high-volume ball-stopper scorers.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

What are your requirements for an A player?

You have to be amongst the very best in the game. Hardin and Lebron are on 2 completely different levels. A non-comprehensive list of A players would be

Lebron
Carmelo
Wade
Durant
Curry
Rose
Paul

Wade in his prime, sure. Wade in 2013, gmafb. I assume Curry is only on there due to his 3 point shooting, because his offensive numbers aren't better than Harden?

I put Curry on the list because he seems to have the ability carry his team. I really haven't seen the Warriors play much outside of the playoffs, though, so I could be way off with his inclusion. Harden, to me, seems like a great player, but he will never be on a great team if he is the best player on that team.

Yeah. Current Wade's a B. Curry is definitely knocking on the door of an A.

Not metric based at all. Just someone you can build a franchise around. Harden's a B+.

I think this just comes down to categorization of what makes an "A" player. I define it as the top 2 or 3 (the upper 5% or 10%) players at their position in the league.  I'd categorize James Harden at that level as a SG.

If I was using your measurement, I'd agree.

I disagree, because its possible to not have 2-3 legit A players at a position.

i think the playoffs with and w/o westbrook prove that he's an A.  B+/borderline A at the worst.
