Not gonna happen but how butthurt would the goEMAW NBA fan contingent be if the conference final matchups are OKC/SA and IND/PHI?

Not sure. I guess the fact that they are now playing a team full of bigger pussies and floppers has a lot to do with it.

I still can't watch the NBA playoffs, most specifically the Lakers, without getting pissed about the LA vs SAC 2002 Western Conference Finals.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Thunder are the most boring, unwatchable team in the league.  All they do is shoot 18 foot jump shots.

While tonight's game wasn't nearly as bad as that series, the officiating was still a joke.  I watched tonight's game just to check back into the NBA and it was the same old preferential treatment for the stars bullshit there has always been.  Same old bald, 60-year-old referees they've had for 20 years that can't keep up, having to make quick assumption calls and giving the stars the benefit of the doubt.

O, I just saw Kobe Bryant and some other guy get tangled up out of the corner of my eye, I better quickly call a foul on the other guy.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

Does XL Tracy Morgan still think closeout games are easy because the other team will roll over?

That's one of the great things about the NBA.  Love it.

Mario Chalmers is so god awful.  Defensively he is solid but offensively he is not an NBA pg.  Amazing what the Heat have been able to do with him at pg all year.

Just checked his stats. 30th among PG's at 2.2 apg. Assist to turnover ratio of 1.56 which is 62nd overall and 41st among PG's.  Oh yeah, he doesn't score either.  9.8 ppg which is nearly dead last among starting NBA PG's, and his scoring per 48 is even worse.

Winters, I wish James Jones would get a little meaningful time.  Is it because his defense is so bad? I don't see how he could be worse than Mike Miller right now.
