I have an unhealthy addiction to coffee, so it helps me stay normal but doesn't get me energized.

If I need to stay up late and don't think I'm going to make it, 5 Hour Energy is by far the best option. It doesn't make me jittery and doesn't have a crash, it just makes me feel energized/focused for 5-6 hours.

How come it's always the most white trash losers that drink this crap? It really reminds me of Idiocracy and their Brawndo drink. I go into Quicktrip to get a V8 (they currently have coupons at QT for 75 cents off one bottle) and it's just full of day laborers in their dirty cut off shirts chugging rockstar and monster by the gallon.

Juicing is a huge pain but the real thing is great for energy. Carrot Juice especially.

seriously great post here by saul. i doubt any of you rubes have actually taken the time to research the nutritional info of v8. i have. it gives you 40% of your RDA of Vitamin A, and 140% of your RDA of Vitamin C- both of which you can get from just about anything.
